Literature on organizational innovativeness seems to measure innovativeness based on: adoption of innovation; creation of innovation; combination of both adoption and creation. I have decided to proceed with the creation perspective. This perspective has measured innovativeness through Input approach, output approach and combination of both. ​Some research has synthesized input approach as innovation capacity or innovation capability. Output approach has been considered as performance of innovation process. whereas, mixed approach has been criticized.  I have created a framework considering I'm aiming to measure from the beginning to the end (Input -Process-Output) to measure actual innovativeness level by calculating composite score (diagram attached here).

I would like to get your advice on it.​
