A digester was loaded with combined waste (cow dung, intestinal content and food waste) and another one loaded with only cow dung for two weeks now and yet gas not been produced yet none of the digesters have produced gas. The bioreactor/digester used is as attached
Any digester with cow dung should definitely produce methane by this time under normal room temperature. Because of sharp bends the there may be water condensation and blocking the gas pathway. Use a flexi pipe with provision to check gas flow.
Dear Researcher. Analyzes any nutrient or organic that requires appropriate conditions of temperature and other factors that help fermentation. If these conditions are available, fermentation occurs. The tail factor that may cause gas production to be delayed is in your design try to have gas production pathways free of vertical horizontal bending to increase the speed of gas production. I think if you make the gas tracks circular they will be better and more efficient for gas production.
