Hello Everyone,

1. What concentrations of total RNA do you recommend me to perform the RNA standard curve for my one-step kit PCR-RT?

Some articles work 1:10 serial dilutions from 1000 ng to 0.01 ng, but I think that 1000 ng is too much and the PCR-RT reaction can be inhibited. Somebody has already done it at that conncentrations?

Others work from 500 ng to 1 ng in 1:5 serial dilutions.

2. Do you recommend me doing the curve in ng or RNA copies. RNA copies is more precise?
