A good tutorial, in my view, is one which enthuse the participant to learn about the subject more than to teach them the subject itself, which is usually not possible in a conference tutorial. Reviewing the basics cannot be basic to any one,believe me, even those who knows well about the subject. Sure, they need that you review the basics for them in your own way, yourself. A good tutorial should leave the participant interested in the subject which is usually a hot topic for research (like yours). Therefore, the participants must end up with an understanding of the problem (Why ... coordinated multi-cells)?, what makes it a good solution?, why now?, how it works?. and more importantly, what is left to be done/ researched?. It is important, in my view, that the participants go out with some open issues that you managed to get their interest in. Remember, your audience are researchers and not students who are going to set to exam. So streaming them with info/data/math will only get them sleepy or leave the room. Wish you luck. 3-hour is not that short, which you can just talk about the overview, right? From the audience's perspective, it shall contain something that is interesting (complex or simple) and useful to their own work. So if you think the maths is what they shall take home, why not? Besides, different audience has different level of knowledge on this topic and thus different intentions.

Since the topic is wide, I believe I can cover many different aspects of it on an overview level (present the problem and some main results, but not any technical details) or focus on a few aspects and go deep into them (with complete mathematical definitions and proofs). Which one would you prefer?

A difficult thing with conference tutorials is that you never know the background of the audience. I guess that some people would like to hear a long introduction to the topic and some are mainly interested in recent advances of the state-of-the-art.

It is always a tradeoff, depending on what the audience want. In my opinion, the maths details are only necessary if it is difficult when I derive on my own or there are really some tricks. I would prefer to see more aspects, examples, and applications, which is easy and interesting to follow. Just for your reference.

The conference tutorial, developed as a film guide, is a very good way to popularize scientific knowledge that was presented, discussed and discussed at a scientific conference. Popularization of scientific knowledge through the Internet can be achieved, inter alia, through the development of increasingly finer tutorials that can be posted on various websites and online portals, including portals social media. The substantive content should be fully correlated with the conference to which the tutorial relates. The tutorial should contain links to individual websites on which specific issues presented during the conference are described, as well as links to literature sources and characteristics of the research results presented during the conference. The tutorial should initially contain links that act as a table of contents for issues, topics, lectures, discussions, presentations of key issues discussed, which were presented during the conference.
