This is a very crucial question. Creativeness is very broad as a term. But it is important.
I think it all has to do with being willing to search and do new things!
A creative teacher is not just resourceful in finding and preparing authentic materials adjusted to his students' schema and interests, but one who is flexibly smart. He transforms a dull classroom into a conducive and interesting venue for both acquisition and learning not only of bookish information but also of practical life's lessons which students need to survive and succeed in the real life outside the classroom.
