Simulation does not have to be complex.Sometimes the simplest of scenarios are the most meaningful learning opportunities. Pam Jeffries has proposed a framework for simulation that is helpful. For most simulation, the most important part is what comes after; the debriefing. This is the time where students actually learn. Simulation scenarios can be designed from simple to complex levels based on the simulation exercise. Scenarios should be challenging but attainable. Should also contain pre determined cues to help students,include debriefing, areas for remediation and evaluation for students and faculty.

Clinical simulation become very important in nursing curriculum. The educator and the student should have a strong inter personal relationship , thus this will enhanced student to talk freely and share their opinion and effectiveness of the clinical simulation. The best way it should be able to create an enjoyable learning environment and encourages open discussions between students and the academician.Moral support and motivation during clinical simulation also a part of the sucessful of similation training.

Even in clinical situation/clinical simulation one (the clinical instructor )needs to consider the level of knowledge that has to be assessed or taught. Therefore bloom's taxonomy is still appliable. The scenario has to be formulated in such a way that reflects or conforms to the objectives to the outcome.
This is also in line with the learner's level of education.
