What can use in place of nylon fibres during Neutrophil adhesion assay?

Hello everyone!

I am preparing to conduct a neutrophil adhesion assay and as per protocol, I am required to use nylon fibres. Unfortunately, I don't have the fibres so far. Can you advise of any alternative to the nylon fibres?. Thanks in advance.
