Hi!

I was wondering what could be the reason to get this kind of graph. Is the graph correct or have I made a mistake. This is a graph is from a sample that has been sufficiently anodized and then the Mott Schottky analysis was performed at 1000Hz frequency at various potentials.

Additionally, is there any relationship that can connect Tafel plots to Mott Schottky ? Or is it like comparing apples and oranges ?

When to use the series and parallel arrangement in Mott-Schottky Analysis? What is happening at the backend?

Any suggestions and reference to literature will be valuable for me.
