I am synthesizing Metal organic framework (MOF),the reported temperature is 220 degree celsius,but i want to synthesize it at around 160-170 degree celsius.Suggest me some method to synthesize it.
Is your synthesis carried out in solvothermal conditions? If so, you might consider a lower boiling solvent in order to reach analogous pressures, viscosity of the solution, solubility of the reagents, etc at lower T.

If you want synthesized MOF by hydrothermal or solvothermal method? you can choose as solvent DMF or H2O. some MOF are synthesized in room temp itself.

Thank you Mr Marieeswaran Muppidathi, I am using H2O as well DMF, but I am not getting any results at low temperature.Kindly suggest some method to perform solvothermal synthesis at low temperature.
Most of the MOF synthesized at around 150 degree.
can you give some details about your MOF?
Also, try to increase the metal salt ratio, it can help increase the tendency to coordination assembly at shorter time.

I have taken Chromium Metal precursor and organic ligand ( in the stoichiometric ratio 1:1 using DMF as a solvent at temperature 160 degree celsius and kept in autoclave for 48 hours and another sample for 24 hours.But I am not getting PXRD pattern as well as the required surface area as reported.
