I am analyzing a block foundation machine, supported in rock.

So, in the dynamic analysis I have to use the internal damping ratio from the soil material.

Could it be the same or similar to concrete?

i think the damping ratio not similar to concrete because there are a hug difference between rock and concrete behaviour
