For the guidelines of my research works, I need books published in 2022 and 2023 about SPSS and Amos. Accordingly, what books can be recommended for it?

You might try amazon.com. Select the category of books, and type in "spss and amos." You can sort the list by publication date.
However, I don't think that restricting yourself to this narrow publication window will necessarily lead you to the better or best texts available.
