But as far as i know (I may be wrong) hawking radiation is not the release of information from inside the black hole event horizon but it is released as a result of particle-antiparticle pair formation just at the boundary of event horizon,one pair go inside event horizon and crushed inside the BH singularity while other is get repelled which would be known as radiation release known as HR.
while in his new paper this statement is quite contradictory to hawking radiation.
