I am looking at meta-cognition in relationship to the role mediated facilitation plays in the development of self regulated learning. More specifically I am focused at the Teacher Facilitated Problem Based Learning Strategies level and would like to develop a mixed methods study at a multinational level to understand best practice. So my main question is would any one be interested in collaborating on a major grant application to to look at whether or not teaching and learning strategies facilitated to target meta-cognitive development and enhance self regulated learning are effective and if they are, what strategies are most effective and our these strategies culturally competent?
