Basically the benefits are the extraction of reliable quantities to ensure the task of quotation and acquisition of materials and construction inputs with more security.
The challenge is modeling considering the constructability. Not only a modeling that applies the materials, but a modeling that is realized thinking the constructive process, sequencing, construction techniques and analytical structure of the project.
