Having in mind the dynamic character of mathematics education and the needs of it in the industrial societies, it is not easy to predict what comes. Following the trends in the development of technologies seems quite challenging, but investing in research regarding this issue may be worthed. Despite researchers' efforts in bringing theories from mathematics, physics, informatics, psychology, pedagogy, sociology, philosophy, language, etc. together, mathematics remains to be one of the most demanding subjects in school. I personally hope that such interdisciplinary approaches will continue and improve for the benefit of all.
