Elke Humer, am actually working on in vitro studies of P availability in some selected feed ingredients for swine. Thanks again for the answer. I got some insights
The most usual way of expressing P requirement and P values of diets in pig nutrition are apparent digestible phosphorus in Europe (INRA, CVB values) and bio-available phosphorus (NRC , US). The apparent digestible values are issued from a direct measurement of digestibility. The bio-available values may be obtained in differents ways , but most often diigestibility trials also in pigs, and are expressed as a percentage of a reference (generally monosodium phosphate). On average it can be assumed that the apparent digestible P = 0.90 x bio-available P.
The question is not clear. Are you asking for total phosphorous which include phytin phosphorus and readily available phosphorus. Or do you want to increase the availability of phytin phosphorous
