You can see the equations in the attached image. I think that the first equation has CC8 and CC9 in meters per squared second, speed in kilometers per hour and delta t in seconds. The value 80 is the speed in km/hr. When multiplied by 3.6 , the units become km/hr.

But what about the second equation? If the speed is in km/hr and sn(t), CC0 and Ln-1 are all in meters then after multiplying by 3.6 the units become seconds which can't be correct.
