What are the Tricks to quench pocl3 ?

I am treating acid chloride with hydrazide in dioxane as solvent and pocl3 is used for oxadiazole synthesis. When refluxed for 3hrs poured into crushed ice with stirring. But i am not able to get any ppt. But the next day some prdt settling at the bottom of the beaker on filtering and drying it is getting completely sticked to the filter paper. Can anyone plz help me out
