On the other hand, the development of social media portals is determined to a large extent by allowing many people to participate in open access discussions. Interesting, current, puzzling topics increase the number of posts and comments posted on social media portals and increase information traffic, which is important for achieving business goals, including the generation of high revenues from displayed ads by companies operating individual social media portals. Of course, there are situations that in some posted posts and comments are entered unconfirmed messages, inconsistent with facts and scientific knowledge as well as so-called fake news. Leading companies should ensure a high level of credibility, reliability and substantiveness of specific content, data and information posted in posts and comments. In practice, however, it is up to the users of social media portals themselves a lot to maintain high standards in terms of reliability, reliability and substantiveness of specific content, data and information posted in posts and comments. Therefore, both companies offering specific information services on the Internet and users of those services should try to apply the principles of corporate social responsibility of their business. Therefore, the achievement of the business goals of these one of the largest online companies in the new media sector is implemented to a greater extent if the number of users and their activity on these social media portals increases. Currently, a significant proportion of Internet users have their profiles on popular social media portals. For some social media portals, this is already a large, significant share of active Internet users. Therefore, the market for these new online media is slowly saturating, its apogee in the online media market is reaching its peak, but on the other hand it is still in the growing phase of its share in the online media market. Another important issue regarding the importance of social media portals in the context of propagating specific information is the possibility of using the information contained in posts, comments, etc. of the users of these portals to analyze the sentiment and awareness of Internet users in specific topics. Well, observing during the change of certain types of behavior of users of social media portals, you can analyze the data collected in Big Data according to these observations. For the purposes of this type of analytics, a useful tool can be an analysis of the behavior of users of social media portals based on current posts, entries and comments on specific social media pages, statistical analysis of comments on specific topics of posts. This type of research is carried out by online technology companies that run social media portals and use the results of these studies to develop their viral marketing services, because this field of marketing is a key determinant of revenue generated by these companies from advertising sales on social media portals. The basis of marketing activities conducted in this way are market research conducted by collecting market data from the Internet regarding the offer of individual companies, their competition, demand for specific products and services from Internet users as well as collecting, processing and analyzing this data in Big Data Analytics database and analytical systems. . The process of collecting market data from specific websites can be improved by using 5G technology. In addition, another important issue may be the increase in the importance of social media portals caused by the current pandemic, including the increase in importance in the context of the entire media market and in the context of the entire economy. Well, because of the current pandemic, enterprises operating in many sectors and branches of the economy (e.g. tourism sector companies, hotels, gastronomy, services related to tourism and other e.g. hairdressing, dental, cosmetics, etc.) have seen strong sales declines in the last months products and services. However, there are sectors in which companies are recording sales increases.
