Various methods were used, including discussion, hot chairs, competitions, brainstorming, all of these methods contributed to creating an interactive atmosphere among students and made them love the lesson and compete in asking and answering questions.

I think you need to enhance students involvement and by using flipping classroom , you could give reading material before the lecture. Therefore, during the lecture time you can work with the students one tasks, cases, and activities that enhance critical thinking and deep learning. After the lecture, there should be more tasks to be completed by students.
By power point I give the theory. Anyhow I pose questions to know they are awake as well as understood the theory and ensure that they are critically thinking regarding the subject in hand. Sometimes I get the audience randomly to read the slides too.After every theory session there are small group sessions applying theory to practice
