I have a certain personal bias due to my research interests, but I would recommend including in your construction risk taxonomy the direct and indirect impacts of cyberattacks on construction technology (computers, networks, machinery, data), both over the internet and via radio frequencies, including potential for large-scale personal injuries and loss of life which are likely not adequately mitigated by existing health and safety practices.
