It is how an educator prepares an area for intellectual discourse, making each learner comfortable with their peers like establishing group dynamics, connectivity and games, and as well as preparation of facility itself making it conducive for learning.
communication-communication skill a two way channel. can originate from the teacheror from the learners hence enhancing mutual understanding in the classroom setting

There are no strict universal standards, especially for us her in Nigeria dealing with overcrowded classrooms. The teacher must be flexible taking the learners' individual needs into consideration. Using effective teaching techniques, as well communication which should be clear and concise
Within England, when teachers are undergoing their initial teacher training and as they seek further development they will be expected to evidence their proficiency in behaviour management and assessed against published standards. Key to these are consistency, well developed routines, the development of trusting relationships and the provision of good support to enable students to succeed. To find out more look at ITT Core Content Framework (publishing.service.gov.uk). Underpinning all of this, needs to be an understanding of the behaviours that we want to see and being able to exemplify this in our own behaviours, e.g. if we want students/ pupils to be curious learners then we have to show that we are curious and how we investigate those things that we are curious about.
In my opinion, no standard needs to be followed in Classroom Management as long as the learners can feel the concern and care of the teachers; they will follow and listen with respect.
Thank you everyone. In fact, I am very interested to know about the problems and difficulties that you face in the learning process in different countries
Part of my nursing was teaching, but I never thought of where I was teaching as a classroom. BUT, when I was in the 6th form at school, I had to spend one lunchtime a week making sure that those in the 5th form doing their prep were actually working. Well, I was trying to get some of MY paperwork done, and the last thing I wanted was for a teacher to have to come in because of the noise.
So, I used to ask everyone to keep very quiet, even if they were only reading magazines. And it worked. A lot of them did work hard, but those who wanted to read magazines or write letters (some were boarders) rather than spend the lunchtime outside or somewhere else they didn't want to be, were quiet and well behaved.
So, my standard was 'please behave yourselves and BE QUIET' and it worked. My mother was one of the teachers at that school, but never told her about this!
