The SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) coronavirus pandemic has increased the digitization and internetization of communication, social and economic processes. As a result, people spend more time in front of computers and with smartphones in hand. Information technologies, ICT and Industry 4.0 made it easier to implement remote work, purchases made via the Internet, and the implementation of online settlements and payments. Information technologies have therefore proved to be very helpful in mitigating the negative impact of the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) coronavirus pandemic on economic processes. ICT information technologies and Industry 4.0, including robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning technologies, Internet of Things, Big Data Analytics, etc., are increasingly used in business and contribute to the growth of automation of economic processes, increasing the efficiency of production processes, logistics, offering services and delivering products and services to specific markets. On the other hand, due to the fact that people, to a much lesser extent than in previous years, maintain contacts and social relationships in a traditional form, only communicate mainly remotely via the Internet and spend many hours a day in front of a computer or smartphone, this may cause psychological discomfort, increased risk of negative well-being, reduced physical activity, increased visual impairment, increased risk of depression, etc., and other negative effects that may contribute to the deterioration of health.
