Your question is not clear. Do you want to confirm that your sample is in nano-meter range?
Then you can do
1) Powder XRD measurements. You can find average crystallize size from the peak broadening of the XRD peaks.
2) Microscopy measurements (scanning and transmission electron microscopy) can give exact size and shape of the nanoparticles.
Micro, Samar is right. It is difficult to give you an answer because your question is very vague. What is it that you want to measure from your nanoparticles (NPs)? Which of these do you want to measure?
1) diameter or size?---TEM or high magnification SEM
2) concentration?------UV-vis
3) zeta potential?------DLS
4) hydrodynamic size?--DLS

Hi Kannan,
HR-SEM is a useful way to determinate the size of NP´s. Using SE- and BF-STEM dectectors simultaneously can be helpful to distinguish between single particles and agglomerates.

to observe particle morphology ---SEM
to observe core-shell structure ---TEM
to obtain a statistical size ---DLS
to obtain the surface zeta potential ---DLS(zeta mode)
to confirm if a surface grafting is successful ---FT-IR or XPS
