Micro, Samar is right. It is difficult to give you an answer because your question is very vague. What is it that you want to measure from your nanoparticles (NPs)? Which of these do you want to measure?
1) diameter or size?---TEM or high magnification SEM
2) concentration?------UV-vis
3) zeta potential?------DLS
4) hydrodynamic size?--DLS
For these you can look at the book published by Elsevier, "nanomaterials for Medical Applications," published in 2012. It is available at http://store.elsevier.com/Nanomaterials-for-Medical-Applications/Zoraida-Aguilar/isbn-9780123850898/ or any major bookstore.
HR-SEM is a useful way to determinate the size of NP´s. Using SE- and BF-STEM dectectors simultaneously can be helpful to distinguish between single particles and agglomerates.
