I'm similarly not sure what you're asking about. However, some council areas in Scotland are trying to implement change connected to the "The cost of a school day" - Report (http://www.cpag.org.uk/sites/default/files/CPAG-Scot-Cost-Of-School-Day-Report(Oct15)_0.pdf) by the Child Poverty Action Group in Scotland. It is aimed at lowering the cost of a school day looking at the child and the family.
