We have implemented e-learning in our company. We have 4 plants in three locations. Chronologically the people in each location are also aged in the same way of biological age and inversely to technological orientation. The elderly employees are less inclined to technological learning. Few young employees are also not interested to the new type of learning. So our training department brings in these identified groups to bridge these gaps by social-emotional connect. Instead of individual logging, we call the people within these groups to team up in small numbers and sit in front of the system and open the login access of one member while others help as a team to study together and attend quiz questions as a team. This cycling happens to each member going through the learning process.

The International Baccalaureate's (IB) Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills define and classify essential social (collaborative), affective (self-management, reflection, and organization) skills. The ATL skills also identify essential cognitive skills: communication, information and media literacy, and thinking skills. The ATL skills are taught explicitly and implicitly through teacher created curricula in IB World Schools. The skills are generally self-assessed, to teach students learning agency, on a simple four point scale. One method of applying socioemotional development in an e-learning context would be to have students complete a self (and possibly peer) assessment and questionnaire regarding their collaborative and self-management capacities.

Lakshmi Venugopal .This is similar to test psychology, answers can be realized by students in the form of drawings on paper, these images have meaning for the team evaluator, so a picture of the results can be divisualkan are descriptive. Indeed it is rather difficult if not assisted by using computer programs or some sort of application. Regards.

Social learning means developing students' aptitudes and abilities for social skills and social communication. It has many different strategies and strategies provided by social learning theories by Pandora. But through e-learning, this is new and challenging.

Thanks to the good and important question ... Yes There are several programs that can teach children about social skills.
