The data relating to COVID-19 are precious, private, secure, but very urgent. It is very important to have national and internationalal recommendations and guidelines for sharing these data.

May I argue that the answer is context - and case - dependent problem to address (Regional approach such as the EU and field of research, target of research, regulation) but there are some general guidelines to foster the presence of open science and open innovation in research cooperation:
