in Lithium ion battery, shift of peak to higher and lower potential in anodic and cathodic peak at the second cycle of CV is attributed to better kinetic of Li insertion and extraction into electrode. while this phenomena cause to higher potential interval of anodic and cathodic potential peaks and consequently higher polarization in electrode.
I think that the potential shift related to your cycles means that your system is more stable, that is, the products generated during your first cycle decrease the concentration for the reducing reaction and, in the other hand it is more difficult to oxidize it.
If the Potential shifting towards more negative potentials means your reaction is under cathodic control and vice versa.

My system contains a tio2 as work electrode and lithium metal as counter and reference electrode.

the main reasons of shifting peaks in your case is due to the kinetics of carriers (both e- and Li+). Try lower rates.
