What are the Problems With Modern Schooling System?

In the USA, we have thousands of what is called "School District". Each district has a board that overseas the administrative functions of its educational administrative officers. In many districts in my area, the biggest problem is lack of adequate resources and economic disparity of students.
The biggest problem confronting the 21st century school in my state is the integration of digital technologies for effective teaching and learning. Institutions are endeavoring to provide ICT products for teaching and learning; however, faculty are not welling to use them. They often say resource for teaching and learning are on the internet, and they do not usually get low latency and jitter-free internet access from providers. This I think is the biggest challenge facing modern schooling system in my state.
Major problem with the Modern Schooling System is the schools are aimless.
Teaching is directionless.
Scarcity of dedicated instructors who are willing to push their hearts out in holding the hands of learners to the top.

It´s just modern in technology use, but not in teaching/learning concepts.
The main problems are the student's loss of confidence in the value of education and fear for his future, as well as the inability of the student to take out his talents and creative abilities may not exist in others, for fear of interviewing those talents with ridicule or mockery or even punishment. At the level of the educational institution, the problem of weak means and scientific means available due to weak support and funding available to educational institutions.
Modern schooling system should have an admin & management approach which may help to regularize practice & procedure for the school programming activities . As we know that in our modern schooling system it must work at a systematic planned action for all the subject which demand self control behavior for the student . It has been observed that all the requisite environment for the school student enjoys the atmosphere of the facility with all extra activities for the development of the student along with their study , & this may keep the inner pleasure of the student with their interest in their study .
This is my personal opinion
It seems people are finally starting to realize that our current model of education has past its expiration date. A flawed system to begin with, it excelled at training children to be good workers, not teaching them how to thrive. This is what the entire educational model was built upon, and this is the model that we have been left with.
