Basically , we notice a lot of offset once the piezo scan is done after the nanoindentation test. This offset is more clearly observed in the forward and reverse scan. Please provide possible reasons for this.

it is related to tip to image calibration, i believe you have not done the calibration correctly,

The calibration was done successfully and we checked multiple times but still the problem persisted.
