Hi Sebastien, thank you for your response. However, the article you mentioned mentions "Electronic and relaxation contribution" values contributing to the polarization which are not the same as the values I want (Molecular Polarizability, sigma in cm3).
This is the reference (table 3) used by the NIST for the electrical dipole polarizability (here for the toluene: 11.861 cubic Angstrom http://cccbdb.nist.gov/exp2x.asp?casno=108883 )
