I have worked woth Chlorella vulgaris. the pigment composition is very changeble accirding to your cultivation conditions and the growth stage. it is dominated woth chlorophyll a at the exponantional growth phase. (as my samles it was approx. 25 mg/L chlorophyll in bg 11 medium for 72 hours)

My Chlorella vulgaris sample is BG-11 Medium and 12 hours dark & 12 hours light (White ligth) condition for 1 week.
