At University of Applied Pedagogics, we are about to evaluate a pilot project focussing on the development of speech among primary school students. There is a diversity of mother languages, however the programme focuses on enhancing German language skills. It does so in a rather non-formal way, including interaction and communicative situations rather than artificial situations. As evaluators, we would like to find evidence whether this programme meets its goals. Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance, Peter
