The title of the research paper should be brief and clear. Abstract should represent the whole paper. Research methodology should be concise. Add keywords. Results and discussion should be appropriate. Write conclusion at the end.

1. Read some related papers from the targeted journal.
2. Download highest number of articles related with your topic of the paper.
3. Copy all appearantly related portions from those articles ( keep references in braket).
4. Take a few days rest.
5. Write the paper as and when ideas are coming on your own research work and related copy of previous works.
Do not think about different parts (like introduction, matrials and mathods...).
Continue it for 10 -15 days.
6. Shift your brain to other works for next 10 -15 days and forget about the paper.
7. Then crtically analyse your own writing. You will be able to correct it. Add analysis of your research result.
8. Again forget the work for a few days.
9. Now try to give a final shape of the paper as per journal style.
10. Again modify it after a few days and then show it to your supervisor.

Make certain that there are (1) no grammar and (2) no spelling errors. In addition make certain that (3) all terms possibly unfamiliar to a reader are defined and accurately referenced to the best of your abilities.
Put down all your ideas and search for references that support those ideas rather than read and try to bend your ideas to suit what is in literature
You have Ph D and already published a paper. Then why are you asking this question? For any kind of statistics?

I'm in my 2nd year of Ph.D. I am writing my first paper that's why asked for tips. The publication that I already have is of my bachelors in which I am not the first author and that paper was not written by me.
Below your name I saw Ph. D Chemical Biology.
I will just advice you not to be in a hurry.
Write the paper after adequate study in your field. Your first paper can be memorable one if published nicely, otherwise you will have to repent for it in future. I wish you best of luck.
