What are the major conferences where ideas around navigation systems and maps are published? Ideas like lane assistants etc.?

It however looks like they focus strongly on the localization and satellite part of the challenge. I'm more interested in the improving navigation using data part...
GNSS seems to have on session in this direction - is there anything purely on this part?
