Scientific researchers face a lot of challenges. I have summarised some below:
Problem with the resources
The problem of research accessibility
Lack of adequate science communication
and stress due to deadlines are on the top list!
I agree with above answer but consider that most of them can easily solved by studying and right planning.
If you have enough study on any project before you propose it and check all aspects of issue you can do anything.
Maybe it cause of having one paper in two year for i.e but granted your paper will be very helpful to improve and solve issues.
