it depends on the redox state of PANI. On one hand you have the N-Q-N stretching of the quinoid unit and the N-B-N stretching of the benzoid unit. In addition features in the ranges of 1300-1340cm-1 implies protonation of the imine sites. Check following papers:

the broad peak you have starting from 2000 ranging to > 3500 is water adsorbed due to your doping, cf http://www.bernhard-wessling.com/pani/pdf/technology/recentpublications/Rudol04.pdf, page 22, where you can see a much more narrow OH vibration (the sample is as dry as it can be) so that you can also see the carbon backbone around 3050 cm(-1)
