What are the losses estimation techniques in transformers based on network analysis (estimation of network state)?

Many techniques are based on primary and secondary measurements of transformers, neural networks, etc.

What about techniques with network state estimation? Do you know of any work involving OpenDSS?

As it has been prvoed frequently that MLP ANNs are the most popular methods for such problems. I have estimated a number of complex systems with this networks. And I have several MATLAB code about them. Overall, MLP ones is very user friendly for modeling almost all of systems.
