Alamdar Naqvi Teachers' performance and growth are evaluated using Performance Indicators (PINDICS). Performance standards (PS), particular standards, and performance indicators are all part of it. Teachers' performance standards are the areas in which they carry out their jobs and obligations.
In my opinion, it does not matter, or at least it should not matter, whether the teacher carries out his tasks in a stationary or remote mode. In any case, the measures of success should be the criteria of effectiveness (the degree of achievement of the educational goals by the student) and effectiveness (the student's work and other inputs in relation to the value or importance of the educational goal), calculated for the student and not for the teacher. This means that a teacher is effective and efficient if his student achieves the educational goals with the least effort.
