What are the group of fungi in an infected flower bud of mimosa pigra, a weed species?
Coelomycetous and Rust fungi generally infects the leaves and buds of Mimosa pigra. Coelomomycetous fungus Phloeospora mimosa-pigrae infects the plant in wet season while the Rust fungus Diabole cubensis infects the plant in dry season.
Have you tried to isolate the fungi from this plant? Do you have any cultures? What do the spores look like in light microscopy? Have any photos?

I'm trying to find a DNA extraction method for fungi that does not require equipment and heating. Is there anyone who can suggest an alternative option? Thank you
