Suppose in case of wrinkles how to model it with the change in age ? For, example if I build a biometric system now based on a person's facial image, how to model the effects of wrinkles and other features, so that the same system works efficiently after a considerable period of time(20 years or so..)

Additional to other face features, I believe wrinkles are important factor in your task, hence, in order to detect them you could first, group the regions that are for facial wrinkles (i.e., after the eyes, nose, mouth, chin, and sides of the face). Second, consider features like snakelets to be judged as they are part of a wrinkle or not. Third, building a classifier model that is able to predict wrinkle pattern and the associated age though.
