I am doing a research regarding the ethical issues of RFID on employees or refugees. After what happened in France, it seems that governments are thinking of using bracelets to track refugees in their countries or wanted people. The same in case of employees... I read few articles and found few ideas, but I would benefit from your experience.
I dont think it is wise and human to have Employees / even refugees to be tagged, even with their consent. That is against dignity and freedom of life.

I know there were some proposals in US on making it a condition of release even after they'd served their derisory sentence (murderers, riskers to human life, cave-dwellers etc., for notorious crimes) be microchipped and their whereabouts known for the rest of their lives.
If the bracelet is lost and wrongly used by some other it misrepresents the original user.
If a person can be monitored all the time, the person might fall into unwanted trap. If the person is found to be alone somewhere by tracking the bracelet and somehow the information is leaked to an attacker, the attacker can take chance of the information.
Distinction between security and safety (in french, security=sureté and safety=sécurité). Safety is what man relies on to carry on being free. If a man is not safe, he cannot be free. It is safety from exterior dangers, like war, hunger, illness, poverty etc.... One of society's jobs is to enforce safety. Yet security is another thing and depends on the free will of the individual. When the state puts down laws to keep us secure, I tend to believe that it is not his job, that it is the job done by good education and friendship. So when the state keeps track of human beings, unless it is in direct link with imminent danger undermining safety of many others, the state is undergoing tyrannical laws.
Liberty / security tension is rendered vs risk avoidance co-opts justice transforming it into more proliferational expressions of punishment.

I guess all agree that it is not human and would vote against it. I guess some visited the need to such technology and approach (aims justify means). Still we see tracking and privacy as major issues here...
I don't know if there are any health issues related to RFID tags???
Certainly, Waves are around there (short waves) and may be harmful for health. Because RFID reader will always be active. You may consider health issues but may have very less impact.
Beside that the idea is not human, I think it's not practical. The bracelets can be easily changed from one person to another or taken off. So, my concern is how we can practically rely on such technology to track those people and solve this problem. Indeed, a more robust technique should be used instead.
It is interesting Dr. Mohammad, I think we can add the administrative issue. My focus in the question is the ethical issues. Would it be suitable to add human image (regardless of other factors).
It is sometimes a debatable issue to see laws and ethics struggle together, but would it be suitable to see issues that might be acceptable to privacy/tracking issues but still not ethical (human image).
One of the latest perspectives on RFID is the adherence to law, where dismantling RFID is a requirement, which makes an open space of people to manipulate such area.

There is necessary for any institution or country has single ID to identified every object (people). I already implemented RFID for employees and students attendance system at University (used more than 20000 people). At first, It becomes controversial because it makes more difficult to markup attendance data and some people can't cheat anymore. However, this system gives many advantage such faster to get data, give more valid data for further analitics, etc. I have several publications related with RFID implementation as follows:
