First, the infrastructure layer. This layer impact the privacy according data are stored and/or transit using datacenters and interconnexion that are able to be intercept and used by current extra-territory laws topics.
Second, the application layer. By application I mean in cloud computing, numerous of solution component are delivered as you go via API. It is also true for AI in will tremendously increase in the near futur. Those component are using data (and meta-data) that embeded security and privacy concerns.
