My Reply
Before replying to this excellent business-as-usual presentation, I will love to indicate the following:
I) Wonderful Presentation and Presenter
2) My respect to the Presenters, Reviewers & Supporters, and TED.
In reply to this Talk, two parts:
Part One; Misunderstanding of many concepts.
There are many false misunderstandings of
(1) The singular concepts: Such as a problem, big, plan, change, culture, fixing, relationship, friendship, role, responsibility, discovery, solution, time, duration, and others
(2) The compound concepts: Such as big problems, Fix Any Problem at Work, accelerated speed, and others
We discovered more than 50 innovative keys about each of the above concepts and were surprised to learn about them.
Let me through you several questions to see that we speak a language we do not understand:
+ What is the ultimate and only goal of any problem?
+ What are the positive impacts of the ultimate goal of any problem?
+ What are the functional requirements of the problem?
+ What are the non-functional requirements (quality factors) of the problem? This question will create other questions, such as how to evaluate and measure the situation. How to assess the problem and how to identify the problem, how to control the functional requirements of the problem, how to define the constraints of the problem,
+ What is the responsibility of any problem within the given scenario?
+ What are the collaborators of the problem? And others.
Please answer these questions for each concept.
Part Two: 5 Steps to Solving Any Problem at Work is a false process that has nothing to do with the situation which is Any Problem.
(1) Monday: Identity the Real Problem
It would help if you had an answer to the 50+ innovative keys to the problem to identify it.
(2) Tuesday; Run a Smart Experimentation
It would be best if you had an answer to the 50+ innovative keys to Smart Experimentation to have one.
(3) Wednesday: Make a New Friend
This step is hilarious. Why? A friend or anyone needs help answering the questions above, which is impossible.
(4) Thursday: Storytelling Day.
Storytelling is about a solution (out of many) and has nothing to do with the problem.
(5) Friday: Go as Fast as You Can
Do you mean finding a solution (out of many) is impressive? Let's celebrate. This step is very laughable.
