I am using organisational capacity building as a predictor of another variable in a study, but I do not have a clear information about what the dimensions of capacity building are. Can anyone help?
Organizational capacity is about the ability of the institution (that includes its staff) to perform their functions well in a given context. It has to do with rules and procedures that institution follow. Capacity of the staff is built through training them in both short period as well as long period.
