Access to Limited resources and difficulties in convincing the scientific community (convincing reviewers in peer review process).
For a new work in to be incorporated into the body of scientific knowledge, researchers
must first convince those experts in the same field about the plausibility of their claims and the appropriateness of the research methods and evaluation techniques they use.
New research would usually be scrutinized by the rest of the Science community and you would have to convincingly defend your new approach. If not, it can take a while to be endorsed, which you need for it to be accepted and used.
One of the difficulties will be that we have less resources, probably less review articles as compared to scholars investigating known areas. But I am always encouraged that some of these research have been the among the most cited. In my area, Watson and Crick published a one-page research paper in 1953, describing the structure of the DNA double helix. Have a look at it. You may get good encouragement. (I am glad that they acknowledged several persons, including Rosalind Franklin.)

Whenever we start doing some things we find it difficult as we don't know about that, but we cannot call it difficult without even giving a try on it. What i think is mainly the use of words can be a major difficulty because as we are new the article writing we should know how to write it so that it sounds good and meaningful and it should go to the other authors in the same meaning. So, according to me this is the only and major difficulty i have faced and we can overcome that by referring various literature used by other authors in there articles.
many of the research challenges we will face—from choosing a topic, to finding study participants, to staying sane throughout the process, and every step in between.
