Hello, what are the deficiencies of a survey-based research paper? Do you think a survey-based article does not require the author's idea behind any topic, or is it just needed to be used for taking the concept from other similar topics and putting them together? I review other authors' papers, and I would like to hear from your ideas.
I think a survey-based research paper working as an "all in one" resource in any kind of research work. Because any researcher wanted to know deeply about particular research he/she must be read survey-based research papers those research. Moreover, in the survey-based research paper respected author discusses all the latest tending, techniques, thinking, etc. which implementation in research. So, I think a survey-based research paper is essential for any kind of research work.
The main problem is bias caused by issues such as sample size and randomization. A specific issue is not having an option for 'don't know', because then people are forced to give an incorrect answer or none at all
