What are the current issues on connecting pv cell to electric grid???

I want to ask what are the major issues that are arising in India while connecting pv cell to grid system and how this problem can overcome??

During partial shading effect, the current might drop down in any array, while other arrays keep on high current values. This will lead to drop in the total power of the system.
