I require to know the exact constituents which may be present in the polymer industry effluent. The names of the organic and inorganic elements is required which would help me to work on my project.

You will have to provide a little more information so that we can help you. Just saying polymer is not enough as that covers a large spectrum. For instance, are you interested in a plant that produces only polystyrene? Or are you interested in a industry that uses different monomers to make a different polymers (for instance, tires). Based on your answer, someone will be able to give you a more specific answer.
I agree with Teresa and would add that once you have decided exactly the type of industry you are interested in your first enquiries should be with environmental regulators (based in well regulated jurisdictions such as US or EU) who are responsible for the oversight those types of plant. I think you will find that they are a font of knowledge and more than willing to help. They are also likely to be far closer to the day to day variability of the effluents than would be someone from the research community.
