Create the friendly environment at teaching platform. Moreover promote question answers and improve the observing ability or emphasis to yourself and your listeners to observe and seek the knowledge about your observations
What are the characteristics of Quality Teaching? Active student participation, in a high degree, is a determinant of quality teaching.
One that I do not think has been mentioned yet is the ability to be reflective; quality teaching requires a quality teacher who, in my humble opinion, has to be consistently reflective, particularly now that there are more opportunities to utilize tech and tech resources.
Absolutely necessary:
1. Competence, 2. empathy, 3. emotional /social intelligence, and 4. enthousiasm.
That's all in my opinion.
Quality teaching is most likely to occur where a teacher - loves her student(s); has as her goal a measurable improvement in student(s) skill development and comprehension; knows a variety of proven and effective instructional methods, interventions, and strategies; and is able to make and maintain “instructional match” (Rosenfield, Gravois).
Quality teaching at higher education level should involve students in applying the theoretical aspects to solve real world/industry problems; even to the extend of creating and/or innovating new ones.

En primer lugar el docente debe tener definido su estilo de enseñanza para potenciarlo. En segundo lugar, elegir las estrategias de enseñanza, cada estrategia tiene una finalidad, sea de agrupación, de presentación de contenidos, de comunicación, de dinámica de grupo, de prueba objetiva, etc. En tercer lugar, utilizar materiales o recursos dictácticos (físicos o tecnológicos) para complementar la estrategia.

I think an ability to be over there, where your student is at, is an important aspect, and a willingness to change your teaching method if you are not getting the results you expect. To ask yourself, what else can I do that would make the difference here? Don't blame it on a student's inability to learn, but rather the teacher's ability to inspire learning or to be on the student's level to see what's in the way of that student learning..

Quality teaching is based on humane empathetic collaborative individual person partnered approach based on the students interest with active listening, for motivation, and building new bridges on familiar grounds to gain confidence and interest. Genuine humane care is the most important quality in any profession.

Reaching out to students, offering them with issues that interests them, getting to know them personally and engaging their curiosity. These are a few traits about quality teaching,. Quality teaching may be helped by talent, but passion is the fundamental component. If you don't want to be there as an educator, students will definitely know about it. Other than that, helping students refine what they can do and what they aren't good at. Information dissemination can be accomplished by machines nowadays. At such, I hope that quality teaching doesn't still view itself as the sage on the stage, although many traditional programs still prescribe to this view.
A very pertinent question that is largely dismissed. I believe developing affective connections with learners by tapping into the affective domain. Also, catering to students' multiple intelligences can improve teaching quality. If you will, you may read the attached manuscripts.
Malik, some of the key characteristics of quality teaching and learning include, but are not limited to, students' and teachers' positive experiences of the process. It also includes some measurements such as the attainment of higher bands by students, potentially genuine and favourable qualitative feedback from the recipients and quality checks and assurance officials. Therefore a range of qualitative and quantitative measurements are used to ascertain not only the quality of the teaching and learning process but also its level (i.e. standard). Interesting stuff.

There are many characteristics which should be part of the quality of teaching, however the most important is 'reflection'. Example, a lecturer who has some failed students in his/her class should not blame the failure came from the batch he/she had for that academic year who was already weak from the beginning. Instead, the lecturer should reflect on his/her teaching method as every student or batch of students is different.
Quality teaching in my view is simply, if you are able to convey what you intend to, if the student clearly understood what you had to convey, if what is conveyed is of value to the student and if the student is now curious and eager to find more about what he understood 😊
The teacher is a more than anything else, a guide. The teacher has to find different ways to sollicitated the interest of the students and make them enjoy learning within a good spirit.
